I found a great way to cut down my research time in half so let me share it with you real quick…
You see…research is like a blackhole, especially when you’re a writer.

As part of my job, I regularly look at customer responses to get talking points for my copy.
Yesterday, I had to analyze a column from Google Sheets which had upwards of 70 responses.
SHIT.
So here’s what I did:
1. Took that big ass column with long-form responses and pasted it into the chat.
2. Asked GPT to give me a brief summary of each response in not more than 5 words.
3. Asked it to combine it all again in a table just like before.
And BOOM! Now I have a much cleaner, convenient and more efficient way to look at what people are saying.
It gave me a great bird’s eye view of the 3 most common pain points and helped me refine my copy.
